Today I got a letter in the mail from the kid we sponsor, Mwindadi Ally Mwindadi. He is now 16 years old and lives in Tanzania. It's always a joy to receive a letter from him. Occasionally they send a new picture of him to me. I thought that since I have a blog now, I'll keep you posted about Mwindadi.
Here is the translated letter that I received today. May this touch your heart.

I greet you in Jesus' name. I am fine and continue well. In my December holiday I helped my parents in the home chores. Thank you that you continue to sponsor me. Thank you also for your Christmas gift you sent me. I bought a trouser and feel very happy. I pray for you daily. Do you pray for me? My memory verse is Pro. 19:8 "He who gets wisdom loves his own soul, he who cherishes understanding prospers." May God bless you.
I love that he said that he prays for us daily and asks if we pray for him. If you want, I encourage you to take a little bit and pray for Mwindadi.
